Picture your life in a movie. That is one of the focuses of the week. Writing and perfecting DMP have gotten pretty clear. Now we need to picture it as a movie and create a poster. Many of us know this to be a DREAM BOARD. The difference is that this Dream Board is creating a different vision for subby based on feelings and learning patterns. The Movie Poster is a “combination” that will accelerate the “progression” to ultimate fulfillment.
Big picture production happening this week! Best week ever, moving to scroll 2, with so much love that I am overwhelmed. With many directions, ideals, combinations and implementations! I am starting to not sleep at night, dreaming about this movie about to be released about my life!
Types of learning behaviors:
Example “The stove is hot” says Mom
- Listening learners – heard their mother, believed the information, and never touched the stove. (auditory)
- Seeing learners – watched their brother touch the stove, and never touched it. (visual)
- Touch / experience learners – touched the stove; but only once! (tactile/kinesthetic)
So, after hearing all of those methods and examples, things are starting to make more sense. Loved this article, “Is is a learning disability or a learning style“, you might want to give it a quick read. Little by little they are compiling different methods and ideas to us. I believe it’s to help us create the perfect DMP picture!
Picture the Umbrella of 7:
What is Umbrella of 7, well this is one more way that the MKE team is helping us learn or see the big picture. In this instance, concentrating on “triggers” instead of “learners”. This is a new terminology, but it all made sense once I saw what they all were. Of course there are many ways of learning, but these are the 7 primary ones!
- Spatially
- Musically
- Interpersonally
- Intrapersonal
- Mathematically
- Linguistically
- Athletically
Movie Picture comes to life:
They for real want us to cut out pictures, images? Different shapes, sizes and various colors to match our PPN’s and our DMP! Put it all together on a foam board, OMG! I don’t know about anyone else, but my conscious mind surely wanted to resist this silliness. And then, make multiply copies to blaster in every possible location to constantly remind our subconscious.
Thank goodness, once again we were all warned about how we need to interrupt the old blueprint. Take charge and realize that this exercise is only helping us see our future self as a “friend”. Natural tendency of most individuals when put through a fMRI testing showed that we viewed a stranger and our future self in the same way, kind of a scary fact.
More Science:
Apparently our brains fire on two different systems which is why we procrastinate and don’t want to do “the work”. This is why we put things off and tend to skip not doing the things we know we need to do! We need to create a clear precise picture that has feelings. To push through this!
- Limbic – which wants to feel good now, works fast as lightning and is looking for instant gratification. It wants to avoid anything that might cause any negative emotions, so we tend to put things off to our future selves.
- Prefrontal cortex – helps us plan, understand value, but slower to act. Helps us move your future self from “stranger“to “friend“. Needs constant reminders and ways to create focus and clarity accompanied by honesty.
Picture your ‘Pelf’:
Success is the peace of mind knowing that you have done your best. So how do we continue to do that for ourselves? I learned that we first need to be honest with ourselves. Second, we need to be accountable.
Now, who might be that best person to be accountable to? Picture this….. it’s your ‘PELF’ it’s the “hero within” all of us! Best accountability partner ever! So, to connect to this partner and bring honor from with in. Every evening before laying my head to rest and part of my evening routine is this Poem!

Picture your new direction:
Most of us are living my paint by number. Conforming to society and all things are acceptable and easy. You can live by the clock and try to fit in or you can free yourself and follow your heart. Follow your bliss and pick yourself up a compass. Hum, why a compass? Well it is a metaphor, it’s a symbol to resemble that we are following a different direction which leads to our inner most desires.
You can picture your own life and find your own direction or you can continue to down the river of life. You can’t follow hearts desire and the clock at the same time. Get your own compass and direction in life. Start building your own dream, your own life!!
Find your true ‘NORTH’ everyone, start breaking the cement!
