Mindful day starts and ends with meditation and habits to support my new dreams! If you are wanting to have success in any area of your life. I truly believe it all starts with connecting to source power, the power within. Once you do that, a lot of unattainable knowledge that on a conscious level you would of never perceived or achieved. Miraculously appears!
Yes, I said the word miracles start appearing! Mostly because you are becoming more mindful that they are always there, everywhere, all the time. As not so mindful humans we have a tendency to go about our day and letting it unfold with out any control at all.
Firstly, you ask, why is this happening to me? Secondly, why is getting things done or organized so difficult. There just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in a day any more! That is because too many of us are putting on our plate or in our day, too many of the unimportant tasks!
Why do we do that do you ask? I am finding that in some way or another that is a form of procrastination. I am looking for success in my day, but the old blueprint is quite happy with the way that things are going on right now. It doesn’t want change. Our brains and mindset are very comfortable with going down the same path. Even if that pathway is to self-destruction.
Mindful Routines:
How do you get new results if we are programmed to go down the same old path? Well I am glad you asked! Take charge, start putting in more positive mindset affirmations. Start changing up your routine with positive ones. In conclusion, a new habit is now born out of your persistence of doing the work of uploading important and powerful positivity.
Old habits do die hard!! ever heard of that? Well it’s true, that is how our brain is wired. Neuro pathways lead to the thoughts, actions and reactions which are the easiest to access. Therefore, what ever we do or think often creates an easier pathway in our mindset. The most traveled pathway or response becomes a super highway! Easiest to access, most thought about creates our immediate behaviors.
Let’s change it up:
Take charge of your new routine and what is going in. Easiest way to do that is by connecting to source power. You may call this energy, God, the almighty! Whatever the word or term you use, it’s okay! I am just making reference to the invisible strength that is continually creating and watching over all of creation.
I find doing mindful meditation the easiest way to access and connect to the intelligence that is available to us all. Doing a 15 to 20 min quiet sit first thing is a very powerful time being that our theta brain waves are still accessible. What that means is that we can go into the deeper state much easier.
So it all comes down to choices! You always have the right to choose how you start or how you end your day. Starting and ending with meditation is just one of the many ways that I am choosing and connecting to my future self!
Your insights on the mindful day put it all together nicely! Great Job!
Thank you 🤗💝
Thanks to Nancy, and my fellow blog rover friend and mastermind partner, John, I don’t need to say much, Brenda, because they have both said it for me already! 🙂
